Great food takes time to prepare. We only use the freshest ingredients and all our meals are prepared to order, so make sure you give us enough time to give you the best quality product.
Platters
Orders
Orders must be made before 10am – 24 hours prior to your delivery time
Larger orders should be made before 10am – 48 hours prior to your delivery time
Kosher platters are outsourced, orders must be placed a minimum of two working days prior to delivery.

We request orders be placed the day before delivery prior to 4pm.

Orders placed after stated times cannot be guaranteed for the clients requested delivery time or date.

Delivery fees
To ensure you get your delicious OPEN Food spread on time, the OPEN Food team will deliver to your specified delivery address within 24 or 48 hours from the date of order.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation of an order within 24 hours of the delivery time specified by the customer – dependant on order size – the customer shall be liable for the full quotation amount, less any deposit payments received.
Standard delivery fees
A standard delivery fee of R100.00 (Excluding VAT) for Sandton, Fourways, Melrose and surrounds within 10kms will be included in the price of your order, unless outside of our standard delivery areas.
Outlying delivery fees
Should your delivery address fall outside of our standard delivery areas the following delivery fees will be charged (Excluding VAT).
